       This week students will begin to Brainstorm and determine which business idea suits them best.          By the end of the week each student will have the business venture which they will launch this            semester.

     This week in introduction to business our students will be gearing up to run their own businesses.

     To do this we will concentrate on the following five learning targets! As our Entrepreneurship           students look to change the Narrative!

                                                           1. We will learn how we view the characteristics of great entrepreneurs.

                                                                       2. We will learn what professionalism looks like in entrepreneurship.

                                                                       3. We will learn how to set S.M.A.R.T. Goals.

                                                                       4. We will learn how to apply S.U.C.C.E.S.S. pitch techniques.

                                                                       5. We will learn how to utilize Social Media  as a business.

Intro to Business and Legal Environment

                                                     
      The  students are now back from break and we head into our stretch run for the semester.   The students will spend the next two weeks learning about creating an effective marketing plan.  This week we will concentrate on the SWOT Analysis.

The week of Nov 11th thru 15th

   

This week the students will be learning how to determining the profitability of their businesses.
The students did an outstanding job of putting together their businesses. and creating an outstanding experience at the Young Entrepreneurs Popup Market.

This week our business classes will work on teaching the students about the forms of business ownership and visual branding.

We look forward to the students sharing their creative thoughts and ideas on branding this week as we move towards our Small Business Pop Up Market in November.
